Car park hit and run

Last year someone decided to hit my car, twice within a few moments, the Thinkware F750 dash cam with parking mode recorded the whole thing, the other driver didn't leave details and failed to report it. Insurance found her 100% to blame which saved my no claims discount and any additional costs. Police charged her with leaving the scene without reporting the accident and reckless driving. Annoyingly she managed to get off both charges. no justice but the camera paid for its self in savings I would have had to pay on my insurance.
