unexpected left turn on intersection

A female driver attempted to left turn on the intersection, however the traffic light on her side was red. She was not supported to make any movement at the time. I was going forward and at the end smashed her car. Luckily, Thinkware F750 recorded everything and being my eye witness. So, I have my Thinkware on dash everytime I drive.
